The former couple, who were married for six years, were rumoured to be haggling over assets and earnings in what was set to be one of the biggest divorce battles, but this isn't true, according to TMZ.

According to the gossip site the Two And A Half Men actor and Demi haven't made moves to split up their assets, and haven't told their legal teams to move for a divorce.

It's not been revealed as to why neither of the Hollywood stars have filed for a divorce, following their split in November last year.
